Robust, stable, sand-resistant deep well screw pump made of stainless steel for extremely deep boreholes. With this robust deep well pump, pumping water from extremely deep boreholes, wells or water reservoirs is no problem. This well pump delivers the water to the point of use at high pressure. It is ideally suited for all well diameters of at least 90 mm.

The maximum flow rate is 1,600 l/h, the maximum delivery head is 64 m and the maximum delivery pressure is 6.4 bar. Please note that the flow rate decreases accordingly as the delivery head increases.

This well pump is one of the few genuine deep well pumps that can also cope with sand quantities at which the usual impeller pumps fail after a short time! However, the higher the sand content, the greater the wear on the screw conveyor and coupling. For this reason, we recommend always ordering the spare parts set as a wear part when sand is present. For this purpose, the pump housing can be opened and the stainless steel screw conveyor and the hard rubber coupling can be easily replaced.

How do you determine how much sand is in the water? Simply let 500-1000 liters of water run into a high container so that water runs over the edge but the sand can settle. Measure the amount of water and then the weight of the deposited sand. Then calculate the quantity ratio.

Despite a low electrical power consumption of just 370 W, a high hydraulic output is achieved.
