DIESEL PUMPS
Problem: Diesel pump does not start
- There is air in the system. Bleed the system and fill it bubble-free. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
- Check valve is faulty. Check non-return valve (spring, rubber seal...).
- The system is leaking. Check for leaks and repair/seal. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
- The diesel filter is clogged. Depending on the filter model, replace the reusable filter holder or the complete cartridge filter. If you have a filter that can be cleaned, please remember to dispose of the oil residue properly!
- An unsuitable fluid (such as engine oil, used oil or water) has been used. Check the material compatibility between pump and fluid. Substances other than DIESEL OR HEATING OIL can cause damage to the pump.
Problem: Diesel pump is loud
- There is air in the system. Bleed the system and fill it bubble-free. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
- Ventilation grille is faulty. Check / adjust ventilation grille.
- The system is leaking. Check for leaks and repair/seal. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
- The pump vibrates. Install vibration dampers. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
Problem: Diesel pump has loss / little strength
- There is air in the system. Bleed the system and fill it bubble-free. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
- The system is leaking. Check for leaks and repair/seal. Youtube-Video EN EN IT ES FR
