The DIESEL STAR 160 is an electric 12-volt diesel pump. The powerful diesel pump can be easily connected to a 12 V battery anywhere using the clamps supplied. This makes refueling fun and keeps it clean!

The 12V diesel pump is self-priming after initial filling/venting. The maximum delivery rate of the 12-volt diesel pump is 2400 l/h, the maximum delivery head is 10 m and the maximum delivery pressure is 1.2 bar. Please note: The delivery rate decreases accordingly as the delivery head increases.

The insulating plastic housing of the 12-volt diesel pump ensures safe handling. The on/off switch has a safety device.

All pumps are individually tested for function. Residues of the test fluid may therefore be present in the pump / packaging.

The pumps and the suction line must be filled with diesel without bubbles during commissioning. The non-return valve must be fitted at the end of the suction line and must be tight.

ATTENTION: If the appliance is switched on for longer than 30 minutes at 20°C, the motor temperature may rise and damage the motor. After 30 minutes of use, the appliance must be switched off and allowed to cool down for 30 minutes. At higher temperatures, the operating time is reduced accordingly.

Comprehensive accessory set for diesel pumps in proven quality: diesel nozzle with pressure and suction hose, non-return valve and connection accessories (partially pre-assembled). The high-quality diesel pump nozzle has an automatic shut-off function and a flow lock. The rubber hose has a length of 6 meters (2 m suction hose and 4 m pressure hose).
